We're seeking a talented Account Executive based in Latin America to join our expanding sales team. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on selling our SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and potentially mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a US-based SaaS company, exceptional English fluency, and a proven track record of success in closing deals.
⚡ What you'll do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct demos and sales presentations with prospects, showcasing how Whippy's solutions can address their business needs.
- Understand the needs of clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Fluency in English: Perfect written and spoken English is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with US-based clients.
- SaaS Sales Experience: Previous experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry is required, preferably for a US-based company.
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Proven experience managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience adapting to different business cultures, particularly with US clients, is highly preferred.
