Whippy is looking for a seasoned Account Executive who excels in managing the complete sales journey, from sparking initial interest to sealing the deal, and is driven by meeting ambitious targets to join our fast growing team.
⚡ What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process for SMB & Mid Market accounts, from lead generation to deal closing. This is a full cycle sales position.
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and more.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up.
- Utilize and manage CRM tools (like Hubspot) to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
🎯 What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a full cycle sales role, preferably in SAAS technology or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close sales cycles in SMB & Mid Market accounts.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, particularly in a startup environment, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Deep understanding of sales enablement software and CRM tools, with a knack for leveraging technology to streamline the sales process.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Eagerness to take on significant responsibilities and ownership in a dynamic and disruptive product environment.

- OTE for this position is $100K-$140K/year based on experience
