We’re seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager based in Latin America to join our team. This role involves managing our social media channels, developing case studies, and producing various types of organic content to amplify our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, social media management, and storytelling, with experience in building and executing content strategies.
⚡ What you'll do
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Write and produce case studies, blog posts, and other long-form content that showcase our successes and the value of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Create engaging multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and graphics, to enhance social media and organic marketing efforts.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and content delivery across all platforms.
- Track performance metrics and engagement data to optimize content and improve strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, as you will be creating content for an international audience.
- Content Creation Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing social media content, case studies, blogs, and other organic content for B2B or SaaS companies.
- Creativity and Storytelling: Strong storytelling ability and creative flair to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and experience managing multiple channels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Multimedia Skills: Experience with basic graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia tools is a plus.
