Whippy seeks an innovative Customer Success Manager who will act as a strategic advisor, proactively guiding clients to success by offering custom solutions and insightful consulting on the Whippy platform.
⚡ What you'll do
- Be a Solutions Architect - Collaborate with clients to tailor customer solutions using the Whippy platform. Understand and utilize product data to proactively guide clients in optimizing their use of the platform.
- Offer Dedicated Support - Offer specialized support to high-value and enterprise customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and Zoom.
- Proactive Consultation- Educate clients on Whippy best practices included custom strategies for those under utilizing and over utilizing their packages.
- Value based Upselling - Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade their packages and consult with them to explain the benefits. Understand and articulate the Whippy value proposition, pricing, and basic sales techniques.
- New Industry Support- Work with beta customers in new industries, customizing the Whippy platform to their specific use cases and aiding with customer success stories.
- Product Contributor - Enhance the product based on client interactions, including documenting and detailing new ideas and feature requests.
- Clear Documentation - Contribute to the support center with very clear written documentation & articles.
- Marketing Collaboration - Partner with marketing to develop use case stories and customer success stories, providing our sales team with essential collaterals.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and data management software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a SAAS environment.
