As a Marketing Manager at Whippy, you will responsible for driving our brand's growth and inbound sales channels. Think of yourself as the intersection between Product & Sales.
You will be the first marketing hire so you must also be an individual contributor who will be pivotal in creating the framework for scaling this out.
⚡ What you'll do
- Spearhead Marketing Strategy - As the initial and sole marketer, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive qualified inbound sales.
- SEO Content - Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for our website, blogs, and other marketing channels to drive qualified leads. As the marketing function grows, transition to overseeing content strategy and delegating content creation to external writers.
- ROI Driven Content - Create customer success stories, white papers, infographics, webinars and other data driven content that will drive leads and be used by our outbound sales team.
- Email Marketing - Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Analyze performance and optimize strategies.
- Social Content- Help jump start our organic social domains including Linkedin, Facebook, X and others.
- Industry Trade Shows- You will be pivotal in our presence at trade shows including optimizing booth, marketing materials and serving as a Whippy Expert to attendees.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Experience - At least 2+ years in a marketing role within the SAAS industry, having a proven track record of driving qualified inbound sales leads and working with the outbound sales team to get them high converting content. Experience working with revenue based KPIs.
- Data Driven - Strong skills in Excel and website analytics tools (such as Google Optimize, Mixpanel) coupled with a solid understanding of SEO best practices and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate Internally - Work cross-functionally with Product and Sales to establish growth strategies to support direct revenue goals.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Keep with the latest developments in the communication (SMS, Email & Voice) and AI sectors, to ensure Whippy remains at the forefront of innovation.
