We're seeking a talented Full Cycle SMB Account Executive based in Latin America to join our expanding sales team. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on selling our SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and potentially mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a US-based SaaS company, exceptional English fluency, and a proven track record of success in closing deals.
⚡ What you'll do
- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage end-to-end sales processes, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
- Inbound Qualifier: Act as the first line of defense for inbound leads, quickly assessing client needs and directing them to the appropriate solutions or team members.
- Tailored Sales Approach: Adapt sales pitches based on specific client needs, recognizing industry-specific integrations and solutions (e.g., staffing, pharmacy, real estate, or Twilio replacement).
- Lead Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and inbound engagement.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work with marketing and customer success teams to maximize opportunities and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Forecasting & Targets: Accurately forecast sales performance, meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets, and contribute to strategic industry expansion.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Fluent in English: Perfect written and spoken English, as you will work directly with US-based clients.
- SaaS Sales Expertise: Proven experience as a SaaS Account Executive, preferably for a US-based company.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter who thrives on exploring and expanding into new industries, helping shape strategic sales initiatives.
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Strong track record managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- Quota Success: Experience working with ARR quotas and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
