We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative based in Latin America to join our expanding sales team. This role is focused on sourcing and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and working closely with Account Executives to drive sales success. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, experience in SaaS sales, and a proactive attitude.
⚡ What you'll do
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities for Account Executives.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Research and identify potential prospects within our target market.
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified leads and meetings set.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Fluency in English: Perfect written and spoken English is required for this role, as you will be engaging with US-based clients.
- Sales or SDR Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or SDR role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with experience managing US-based prospects.
- Tools and Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to conduct research, identify potential prospects, and initiate conversations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
