The Sales Enablement Manager will play a vital role in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to thrive. This includes leading sales training, crafting collateral, aligning product knowledge with market strategy, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You will also support sales recruiting and onboarding as we scale, making this a dynamic role for a proactive, strategic professional.
⚡ What you'll do
- Design and deliver sales training programs - Equip Whippy’s sales team with knowledge on product features, competitive positioning, cold outreach techniques, demo skills, and sales best practices.
- Develop tailored sales collateral - Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, one-pagers, and presentations that support the sales cycle and drive results.
- Streamline onboarding processes - Implement structured onboarding for new hires, ensuring they ramp up quickly with comprehensive product and industry training.
- Build and refine sales playbooks - Create industry-specific guides to enhance performance across different customer segments and use cases.
- Analyze sales performance metrics - Track key metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable process improvements.
- Align cross-functional teams - Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging.
- Support scaling efforts - Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the sales team to build a high-performing organization.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Experience - 3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record - Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training programs and creating impactful sales collateral.
- Technical acumen - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo).
