Whippy is seeking a Sales Engineer who excels in applying technology to solve business challenges and improve customer engagement processes.
⚡ What you'll do
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Design and demonstrate solutions that integrate Whippy's platform with customer systems to enhance their communication workflows.
- Work hands on with prospects & clients with integration/API needs such as enterprise customers, integration partners, etc
- Create customized presentations and demos to illustrate how Whippy's products can be leveraged to meet specific business needs.
- Help close larger account, specifically those who are using our API or Integrations.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and help guide the development of new features and products.
- Assist in the deployment and implementation of Whippy’s solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption.
- Maintain technical expertise in the industry’s latest trends and technologies to provide a consultative approach to clients.
🎯 What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, ideally within the SaaS technology sector or a related industry.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into simple concepts that address customer needs.
- Experience in managing and executing technology demonstrations and training for both small and mid-sized business clients.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, with a focus on solutions that integrate with various business systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effectively deploying technology solutions in a business environment.
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
