We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide critical support to our sales team by focusing on list building, lead qualification, data management, and research. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and ensuring the sales team has everything they need to succeed.
⚡ What you'll do
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists from various sources like LinkedIn, company websites, and databases.
- Pre-qualify leads by researching CRM/ATS usage, company size, industry, and other key criteria.
- Enrich and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage prospecting tools and set up outreach sequences for SDRs.
- Conduct research to identify new target markets and opportunities.
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and progress.
- Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to ensure they are fully equipped for prospecting and closing activities.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Fluency in English: Strong written and spoken English is required, as you will be supporting US-based sales teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organization when managing data.
- SaaS Experience: 1-2 years in a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong Research Skills: Capability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support lead qualification.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
